Black Silicon Carbide
Black silicon carbide is produced with petroleum coke, quartz sand and additives .
It has super ability of high temperature resistance, even if 2800 degree centigrade. And it is workable for refractory, wear proof materials. With long time hard working, it has the fitest characteristic.
The powders are the perfect material that specifically manufactured to be used for general abrasive applications in bonded abrasive tools, lapping and polishing processes. It is widely used for grinding non-ferrous materials, finishing tough and hard materials, filling up ceramic parts when the processing cost is important.
The powder and grit often has SIC content of 98% more. For micropowder, the purity is often lower, such as F1200, SIC content is about 97%. But the purity is strictly for FEPA, JIS, GB standard.
